 The Contract

A contract will exist between you and Le Cheile once we accept your order by e-mail, confirming that your order has been dispatched. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Le Cheile sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail.) The receipt by you of the order confirmation does not constitute Le Cheile's acceptance of the order. Prior to Le Cheile's acceptance of the order, verification of some information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order and prior to dispatch, to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation.

Privacy Policy

We understand that customers are concerned about the security of their debit and credit card details. We take significant steps to protect all your information, and especially your payment details, using the latest technology. We take most major credit cards and Laser.  All transactions are processed by Stripe.. All credit card information is held in secure mode, encrypted and protected behind a firewall. We will never supply your personal details to any third party for any reason whatsoever. We only pass on your delivery and contact details and never give out your credit card. We understand that the details you supply us are only to allow purchasing to take place and we will protect that information and use it only for the purpose for which it was intended. We respect your right to privacy and comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2002.

Your Account

You may choose to register at our Site. If you do, you will have an email address/username and password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting access to your computer. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or any other breach of security. You agree to abide by all applicable national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the Website. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the services provided by this site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ireland. If any provision(s) of the terms of use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
